The process is a bit hard, but it suits the image in a way. Makes it look veeeery old. The window in the upper right isnt that good, seems different than the rest of the sky. 9.5 for me

The bricks look good but you've blown out the highlights in the sky. The reason you're taking 3 different exposures is to prevent that from happening.
