It is the last picture from this series of The Library of Congress. Exposure: 0.5 sec at f/6.3 and ISO 100.
Some ghosting is showing due to a lot of people visiting place. I am glad for having a permit to use a tripod otherwise is not allowed.

Near Perfect enough............ a 10 for Me.

I had to blow it up to about 1000X to find it.. you hit the nail on the head with this shot. Lovely process.
