Very nice idea but you need to watch for halos and you maybe have a little too much black in the image.Try white point 10%,black point 20%(Photomatix)and strength 70% max :-)

Very good comp.. one meter back would have brought the right, end stature mid roof level into perfect symetrical balance. Great potential with this and worth trying Paul's suggestions.
