Notes Use the same focal length for the two photos and try to be the same angle, so it would look that was the same flower.
Unfortunately I did not get the same distance and a flower stay smaller than the other.

This flower here is called "Rose of May".
It has a short cycle, the photo on the left (White) recently opened the bud, the photo on the right (magenta), was taken exactly 24 hours later.
After 24 hours more is closed and at 48 hours dried.

Interesting subject. The Rose of May is a daffodil and on occasion you will hear it referred to as "double daffodil" because it changes colors. Kudo's for patience here as it was a good idea.
