  • Notes This was taken with the direct sun just behind the building to the left.As a result it may be wrongly assumed that there are blown highlights in that area.A -4 image was created with a 100% recovery on all highlights.All you have in that area is very white and bright pixels,no blowouts :-) To apply maximum contrast I used Color Efex Pro 4 with blown highlight and clipped shadow detection.I pushed this right to the max where blowouts and clipping occurred and then backed off slightly.

I think it is a beautiful view. I would have waited a few minutes and not had to deal with that sun behind building.

Unfortunately I was on training and had a couple of minutes to grab this Jennifer.I could have moved to the right but then that "interestingness" would have been lost.The sun adds something I think :-)

John my good friend,when using a 10mm lens you will not have details as sharp as a zoom lens,this is just the nature of wide angle and far off objects.Looking to invest in a decent zoom though :-0
