I like the motif itself very much - 11 points.
The only point which disturbes my view are the falling lines of the red houses right and left side.
Did you already work it over with a piling software?

From the church down is a 10. The sky seems heavily ghosted but that might have been the intent. There's just a little weird haloing kind of look going on in the tree branches on the right. I love the color and mood very cool looking place.
