You could strengthen the image by cropping out the light an pole on the left. You could also select the sky (Magic wand, then select, select similar) and create and adjustment layer (hue/saturation)to address the orange sky.

Yes, too much noise in the sky. Shooting 7 exposures at 200 ISO wouldn't have helped either. Lower ISO, less exposures = less noise.
