This is a very nice and pleasing image. The image could be made much stronger by a tighter crop. Cropping from the left to the splash (on left) of the second fountain/stream will do the following. It will emphasize the pattern of the fountains.

Second it will strengthen the leading line created by the blue pots on the left and will draw emphasis to the lines created by the pink roses and allows your eye to flow naturally through the scene.
