Very shaded home of Doctor S built when I was a kid in the 50's. Acreage with a peacock farm in rear.

I love the image and house but it's annoying for me to have to look at the tree truck. But it's just me :). is the edge of the roof aqua or it's like that from the shade?

23 Jun 16:41

@ Adi.. Mrs. S had aqua gutter covers and roof flashing put on the roof to match the color of the water in her pool. Rich folks with too much time on their hands. haha

23 Jun 16:45

BTW Adi.. my wife agrees with you on the tree. I suppose I should have gone to my pick-up and got my chain-saw. haha

23 Jun 17:24

johnt i like your comments, they are so funny:) agree about the tree and maybe a little bit more contrast

23 Jun 17:26

If you had cropped it so that half the tree was in the frame it would have been a ten from me, great shot though.

At any time appear that door, Vivien Leigh, Clark Gable, Leslie Howard and Olivia de Havilland. Special.

two steps to the right please. Nice shot of one of our fine homes in the Atlanta area!

23 Jun 19:00

Agree about the tree but the house looks great. Where's Rett Butler when you need him? By the way, you should listen to your wife more...

23 Jun 19:54

Tree is Fine with me. It adds depth. Perhaps the envelope could have pushed a tad more on the Contrast. Very Clean John. 9.5

23 Jun 20:57

I shot the house straight on and from both sides which is my norm depending on sun. This was the best take on quality but tree was drawback to this angle versus the bright sun. Like marriage.. compromise.. :)

23 Jun 21:00

BTW.. for you Gone With the Wind fans.. there is a real southern plantation house about 2 miles from me I will shoot. Largest cotton plantation in county during the agricultural era and our shameful past with slavery.

You´re getting better day to day, John. That´s the "Creme Effect" ...

24 Jun 10:45

Beautiful processing John :-)

Good job!
