I think there's too much contrast... I guess you can't please everyone... still a really nice shot.

To begin with,
the composition is very good for me.
I think the contrast gives strength to the vessel,
I understand that you can improve is the sky,
the clouds have lost some definition, are very bright.

For some reason I like pictures of old abandoned boats! Nice shot! I'm not sure the processing is optimal yet - the sky has issues with rather flat looking clouds and dark halo round their edges.
