I took this photo as my daughter and I were driving around the city, having a blast going up and down the steep hills. Living in Southeast Georgia, we're not used to anything but flat roads. To get this shot, I pulled over to the side of the road, jumped out of the car, stood in the center of the road, and snapped a single shot. I think the fog/haze that was above the city, combined with the compression effect of using a zoom lens, made this photo appear to have a natural tilt shift effect.

Lovely image, bit of a loss of detail in the dark areas though, but still a great shot.
