IMHO I gave the image a 4 which is a rating for Fair at Best. Image seems to have alignment problems in areas. Out of Focus and Blurred in others. Ghosting and Noise towards the top. Not sure how many images you took but hand helds usually don't do well b

Not sure how many images you took but hand helds usually don't do well beyond 3 images. Your other work was much better than this.
