I hear what you are saying about the voting, I suggested a scale of 1 to 20 to give more lee way, but I

cant give you less than a 10 for this because it would be unfair as its as good as anything on here today. The only thing I would possibly have done is move slightly to the right.

not fast enough shots (blurry water) but also too fast to get the 'silky water effect

Thanks Bessi.. Ron and Leo. @Leonardo.. best I could do with limitations of no manual control of my point and shoot. Not making excuses as I also grade the shoot 9 and happy to get 9 with this particular shot. Not a perfect WOW shot. :)

Blur in the trees too... Point and shoot is your biggest problem on this picture :(

Nice but too much foreground for my liking.

Definitely not a WOW shot as you say. Nice enough process, but agree with Panda on this one. An exposure time of 1/4 second is better if you can swing it.

Superb Indeed John. Probably Perfect if you consider what you shot it with. LOL

Sorry John thought I voted & commented hours ago, couldn't have clicked 'Post' button properly...Probably get 3 now...
