Too add to Leo's comments.. I would crop the telephone pole on right and cloned out the wires which on this wouldn't be too difficult. Love the building architecture.

For me it's a tie, some things improved and worsened others.
Better: less noise and zonasquemadas in heaven. Worse: Halo in the roofed, over-processed in PM, lack contrast. Most importantly, it strives to improve.
