It's a great pic don't get me wrong, but a couple of things prevent a 10. A small burn or to bright spot just the bottom right of ticket booth and the ghost around ferris wheel and other rides. Great shot none the less

In this case this reminds me of carnival's I have been too with strong colors in the night. Other than the halo's and minor issue's.. not bad for me.
