This was taken at the infamous St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City. I was actually quite shocked that I was allowed in with a tripod since most people have told me they don't allow it. I was stopped at the door by the security there and was asked a bunch of questions, which is to be expected since I had a huge camera bag and bulky Manfrotto tripod with me.
There were about 20 people in frame during this shot. I took long exposures at ISO 100, F 10 to reduce their visibility. The ones that remained I had to clone or deghost out.

i think the "white spots" you guys are referring to is the lighting. There is no trace if a person in this pic I promise you. The bright spots are from the light coming in through the door down the aisle.
