It was a beautiful day in downtown St. Louis, MO when I saw this photo opportunity. A great photographer friend of mine refers to this type of photo op as a “gift”. A totally unexpected “gift” ~ an alley, a puddle, and a monument. I was thrilled to find that the “gift” I saw through the lens, turned into my favorite shot of the day!

Composition that captures a unique moment. I see the process something bright, maybe a little more selective contrast, give more texture to a great image.
