This is great. I love to see the rain coming out of the cloud in the distance. I think that if this had more shadow detail it would be a ten for me. Its hard to put my finger on it, its a great shot either way. I like it!

8.8, the wire on the right side to the pole could be cloned away

Very good image, I would have cropped the road out, I know this would have dragged the building to one side but I think it would have made the shot better.
