Every two years in mid august they decorate the harbour in Hamburg with lots of blue lights for some days.
People from all over the country are coming to watch this scene when it is going dark.
Was a very nice night with barbecue and shoting some pictures on this unique place.

Think halos are a result of reflections from light in a little mist and the overlay of many blue light stars side by side.
