This was a ceremony at the last rodeo we attended. This is known as the "Riderless Horse" This is a tribute to a girl who passed away over the summer. She died of complications of Cystic Fibrosis.
The Master Of Ceremonies had some very nice words to say in tribute to the little girl. It was very touching and emotional.
