I like the POV and visible details under the Pier. I don't see it live by my self, so it is hard to decide for me, but i think the green is to saturated and sky has a smal cyan touch. 9+

If I judge
the photo based on whether it is natural or not, would say that the colors of the sky are not real, but if you judge the picture by the beauty of it, is cool.
