This is the old Spruce Tree Center building located in St. Paul Minnesota. It is still in use and remains an icon at the corner of Snelling Avenue and University. This shot was taken at the front entrance looking up at what is the clock tower above.
I found staring at the clouds long enough gives you a feeling like they are actually moving. Perhaps the lines in the structure creates that.
