can't photo display in windows and in browsers be fixed? it's oversaturated and much too dark here in chrome, what to do, anyone?

Image looks natural on my screen. I see no oversaturation here. Not very much HDR effect IMHO but to be expected with a Single Image File unless you know how to manipulate others. Great effort for a Single.....8++

thanks for comments! low hdr is deliberate as i personally think that it doesn't look very good on people.
