Why is there still a lot of noice when viewing in fullscreen while the same picture on my laptop doesn't show any noise, is there someone who can help me? (Thanks)

With more exposure this can be fixed, you also can use the blur tool to fix those specific areas or the denoise tool selecting those noisy areas.

Night and interior shots produce a considerable amount of noise.

Topaz DeNoise is the best (IMHO) noise removal software. It can handle this very well. But still it is a very good image. 9+++++++

To be perfectly honest, viewed on large size doesn't show the noise, it's just when you download

Agree with Bjorn on Topaz DeNoise. Although little to no noise on my end. the first thing that caught my eye was a very slight tilt to the left but not enough to deduct for....Very Clean and Great focus throughout.
