Pigar pigar, is a very popular street food in Dagupan, Philippines. This dish is a very simple dish that is made out really thin slices of beef and its liver then quickly deep-fried and served with fresh slices of onions, but itโs not just beef that is being used in this recipe in fact the original one used carabeef a meat that comes from carabao, also called water buffalo.
They also serve Halo-halo and other foods here.
