Do you see the wide halos around your areas of contrast? You need to adjust the radius, and maybe double develop/retouch to correct these large mistakes in tone mapping.

Thanks for the advice. I did notice them after tone mapping and tried masking them out in photoshop but couldn't get them to blend right. I'm still a novice when it comes to HDR.
