On this angle..there were minimal cables so I've done some cloning to remove the cables completely that are obscuring the sky.
By the way, the light patches in the sky were actually thin haze and I think it was caused by the dissemination of the cumulus cloud. I have a little passion on atmospheric optics/phenomena. =)

great location and shot, there are a lot of jpg artifacts in the image that you could remove with some noise tools. Keep working!
