10 for a great first try. Hang around, vote on others and ask questions and you'll be shooting great stuff in no time. This one's a little bright but a nice first shot! Welcome!

Nice. If the sky was not blown, it would be a 10. Blown is the bright white places in the sky. Mabe an exposure too bright was used.

The sky wasn't overexposed in my originals. How do I adjust Photomatix Pro to keep that from happening?

@Tracy move white to the end of the left and smooth highlights as left as possible.

9.. Try reducing white points and increasing gamma in case it gets dark to see more details on the cloud

I try to djust bright spots in clouds by reducing the white pts and then after I process bring it up in PS and adjust highlights.

Sky has been mentioned. Also a bit over processed causing grass to be a bit too green....Great Effort...8+. Keep shooting!
