This is a restaurant that all but went out of business in Indiana. Some of the best deli sandwiches on the planet IMHO. I was pleased to see one open in Panama City Florida on Vacation

@Ricardo. I know what you mean about the composition. My thought was that the umbrellas added to the scene as another place to eat. Also, If I got in front of the umbrellas the scene seemed to lack charactor
