After Photomatix, you use another editing program?.
I think the car does not add to the scene.

Nice natural tones, Agree about car, should at least be all in or out, very cool building for HDR, if possible you should give it another try.

agree with the above. Perhaps some perspective control to get the verticals of the building where they should be. Something with color might balance the drabness of the building.
