Since you insist, for I am not used to replicate the comments they make to my photos, see the differences in the histograms, the atmosphere of my picture is dark, but in the deepest shadows are details not in yours.

Interesting debate.....my view is that an hdr image should portray, as closely as possible, what the eye saw. And in certain situation the eye will see little to no detail in shadow areas.

Interesting conversation! I've never seen, anywhere, that black parts of a photogrpahy were forbidden in HDR. If we're talking about HDR, this picture is a really good sample. Black zone don't crash the picture at all.
