Notes I have added a bit of noise in Photoshop to create the desired effect. Maybe its wrong but I like the way it turned out.

I took this shot at the working V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, South Africa. This harbour is probably one of the best working waterfronts in the world. The area is full of restuarants, shops, first class hotels, apartments...you name it and off course the working harbour environment. It is truely a wonderful place to visit.
