Probably an old building from a newspaper.
A little too flat, but a great image with potential.
According having great potential, would make the stupendous more contrast, also correct slight slope towards the left.
too bright and flat for me..
well processed, yet lacks strong contrast.
Try not processing so hard, I mean, make it less intense in Photomatix. Don't use Surreal or Surreal+ in Lighting Adjustments.
Agree with the other comments about the slight lack in contrast. But nice shot. Everything's nice and straight too.
