This is a shot of the magestic Table Mountain in Cape Town, shot on the beach not too far from where I live. Table Mountain has only just recently been added to one of the 7 new wonders of the world. As can be seen a cloud bank is driving itself of the top of this flat topped mountain and this cloud formation is affectionally know as the "Table Cloth" and is the beginnings of a very strong wind called the "South Easter or Cape Doctor". These clouds often proceed downwards into the city centre and if you look carefully you are able to see this starting to happen.
To the left on the horizon you are also able to see the new Cape Town Stadium, built for the 2010 Soccer World Cup.
Thanks for viewing.
Lacks a little vibrancy.....but a great shot for a pseudo hdr
Bel lavoro e bel luogo, non riesco a votare tutti i giorni, chiedo scusa.
Very nice..I visited South Africa when I was young, I remember that mountain and the monkeys on it ! I should go back for a SAfari. In my bucket list for sure !.
