I'm just going to point this out before some smart arse picks me up on it... I'm very aware that i failed to use the spot removal tool prior to posting this image. However, i don't think it detracts from the picture.

Nice Work! Remember HDR is multiple exposures sandwiched together. As long as this holds true then it's HDR to me. Oversaturated, under saturated, over processed, underprocessed, realistic, surreal, etc...
