A realy good shot has been spoiled by the tilting tower, use the lens correction feature in Photoshop to correct it.
The water is about level so maybe the tower has a lean ala Piza huh. Like your sky foreground a little flat

As said above, maybe a bit more contrast would make it more dynamic. Still great pic.
