This is a photo taken a few years ago in Portoroz city, Slovenia. It is the most tourist visited seaside city on the Slovenian coast.

Too much denoise effect. Try layers. Denoise image after copying original. That way you can bring back details. Building looks plastic. Needs noise for texture. Also in bushes. Too smooth.

Correct about to much denoise and the foreground is too fussy. Stepping forward so the chairs were not in the shot would improve it
