The skin tone in contrast with the background is wonderful. Not to mention the orb balanced in the crook of the elbow!

Viewed it Full Size and can not find anything to critique other than I do not know how you could improve it considering it is a Single Image File...Looks more like a Multiple Exposure to me. BRAVO!
