First attempt at this, outside that is. (I lie, first attempt at posting this type of image). Did not have my tripod with me on this evening.There is so much noise associated with this type of photography. Hope I have achieved something and am on the right path!

This is a difficult scene to perfect. If you try to get the micro details you most like introduce more noise in the black areas. Too smooth for my taste. Superb non the less

The subject does;t appeal to me, but I do like this picture. I especially like the highlighting of the architectural features (esp. the crown moulding). I see there dis some ghosting of some of the moulding; did you use a tripod? I get this a lot when
