In my opinion: subject - 10, composition - 7 (liked the very low POV, didn't like the drunken horizon), process - 7 (removal of dust spots and cleaning the sky would have helped). Overall - 8.

I like the composition, process, vignette. Great POV. I keep asking myself what purpose does the tilt serve? Not so sure it adds anything to this photo.
