Banding is probably the wrong term. Your sky is not a solid color. There are lines running through it. I noticed it on your last post as well. Also in the water on that one. Seems like you share a pookah with flipd by the way.

This would have been my first choice. Great subject but sky is banded for some reason with lots of dust spots. Seen on download.
