Just came back from China for 2018 Chinese new festival. When I was visiting a heritage street, HuaLou street in Wuhan China, I saw the owner of a grocery store leaning on a fire hydrant which was almost covered by grocery in front of the store. I was wondering how could the firemen find the fire hydrant when there is a fire happened.
