I think with out the Topaz process this would be a very very good image Frank. Unfortunately I am not really a fan of it......

@franklamica , I love doing the same with some of my images. But why post this on an HDR Site when it is clearly not an HDR image. Looks like Fractillus to me.
Your work at the Horse Track is Outstanding.....that's HDR.

Here's the order, Lightroom, Photomatic,Topaz Studios and Photoshop. If you check the site you will see that Topaz Studio is allowable.

@franklamica , Never said it wasn't allowable. Also said I use it. Only said it wasn't HDR. Just because you ran it through Photomatic the end result does not make it an HDR. You seem to miss my point entirely. Have a Great Day.
