The mine site of Beringen includes 100,000 m² of existing heritage buildings. It is the largest industrial heritage site in Flanders and unique in Europe. Of all other mine sites in Limburg is the only site where the industrial heart of the mine was preserved. The mine site is located in the pleasantly small townish area of the third biggest city of Limburg and at the foot of two terrils. The mine was closed on 28 October 1989

I went back and looked at ALL your images. IMHO this is the BEST Processed Image in your entire gallery. The sky can not be done any better. The detail and clarity of the image is Superb. The angle or perspective of the building not so much. Right half of the image show small saplings with no leaves, creating dead space. I did FLIP the image Horizontally and it has much more Eye Appeal and the dead space is less noticeable. Try yourself and see the difference. Perhaps shooting this site again but making the building the largest part of the entire image. A Vertical would work fine on this building also. Love the Sky!

@danita, Glad to help. By placing your main subject matter on the right side of an image (whenever possible) will always give your photos more Eye Appeal. Just as reading, the brain sees things from Left to Right.
