If the rest of this image were as good as the Sky then it would be a POTD for Me.
The buildings have a semi blur or pixelated appearance to them. I checked the image in Metadata and it shows the image size to be 12.5 x 9.375 inches at 72 PPI (Pixels Per Inch).
Not sure if this is the size you Uploaded or the size once it is compressed. I do know that 72PPI is far too low for a Good HDR image. It should be at Least at 240PPI, preferably 300 or more is optimum. It's a great subject matter nonetheless.
