This is the shower area in solitary at the Old Joliet Prison. Both shower stalls are locked when occupied. This was an interior lower level area with no light the light sources were from two camping LEDs, one in the back of each stall. They were only about 50 lumens so the five bracketed exposures took over two minutes per bracket. By doing this as an hdr, I was able to avoid all noise in the shadows and control the highlights to preserve all the detail there.

Great job on processing this beauty Steve. Anyone can produce a B&W, but very few can make it POP like this one. Bravo!
