  • Notes Have not yet shot a bracket set, for this I created three images and modified the exposure (high and low) on two of them. Not sure if this is allowed but it all part of my learning precess. They were then combined using Photomatix Pro 5.

Hello Michael and welcome to HDRcreme! The first problem I see with this image it's with the white balance. You can easily spot it with the histogram. HDR is all about light and range of luminosity so make sure this is reflected in your images. Good luck and Keep posting!

Agree with Carlo on this one. If you have a License for Photomatix 5 you can go to their website and upgrade to Photomatix Pro 6.0 for free. Another tip for future images. Look at the bottom of your Window Sill and you will notice right off that it is Crooked (not straight), Making everything else in your image off balance. Thanks for posting.

@digicam Love the feedback. My copy of Photomatix is legit so I will go get the upgrade. I am usually quite careful about alignment etc but I paid no attention this time my mind was on the HDR affect. Many thanks
