Try a Free Download of Topaz Studio 2. https://topazlabs.com/studio/ Place this image in and select FILTERS / PLUG INS / AI SHARPEN. This will automatically sharpen and denoise your image all at one time. I ran it through and it made a world of difference in the image. Give it a try you have nothing to lose. Thanks for sharing.
