Like the composition Eric. Ghosting of Flags can be corrected in Photomatix Pro Program.
Not hard to do just click on DeGhosting Option after loading images then follow the easy to use instructions. I usually use the Manual Option. Try it a few times and you will get the hang of it real quick. Thanks for posting.

Nice image, but too much of blue colour.IMHO.
