Like this composition Joe. However the image could be greatly improved by a simple run of it through Topaz A I CLEAR. You can download a Free 30 day trial of Topaz Studio 2.
Inside the program is A I CLEAR. Place the image in. Click A I CLEAR and within 30 seconds the image will be Cleaner, Clearer, Slightly more Sharpened and all Noise gone. I just ran your image through it and you can clearly read all the names on the buildings and the noise in the clouds are all gone. Got any questions about the program send me message.
